Home-cooked dinner with Chef Monica

We have a unique collaboration with gastronomic sciences expert Monica. She will prepare a typical Piedmontese dinner for you, accompanied by some finger food and home-made bread and grissini. You can choose your own favourites from a list of proposals.

Our dinner with Chef Monica was the highlight of our stay. Seeing her prepare the food with so much skill, and enjoying the dinner outside whilst the sun was setting over the hills. We have also had the chance to ask her some questions about the ingredients of the meal and the preparation of the dishes. Simply magic!
