The Project
Starting with chefs, champions of good food, passing through the gratifying flavors of signature desserts, to the virtuous pairing of gourmetsandwiches and walks along the evocative trails of the Cuneo mountains, “Creators of Excellence” provides an interesting cross-section of the territory and its productive world, where tenacity, creativity, and tradition become one, generating a final product of the highest quality.
