An appointment that transforms the traditional aperitif ritual into an immersive experience of discovery and tasting, between culture, great wines, haute cuisine and conviviality, in the evocative setting of the Teatro Sociale in Alba.
There are evenings that do not limit themselves to celebrating great cuisine: they surpass it, transform it, and make it a gesture of care.
The International White Truffle of Alba Fair dedicates this dinner to the Fiori Rari association of Chef Antonio Guida, two Michelin stars at Ristorante Seta in Milan, a project born from listening to fragility and the desire to accompany children and families through complex moments in life.
In this spirit, the Fair presents Guida with the Dawn to Earth Award, an award that every year celebrates Chefs capable of taking their sensitivity beyond the kitchen, transforming talent into social commitment.
To honor this journey, a team of fellow Chefs – including Matias Perdomo, one Michelin star at restaurant Contraste in Milan, Eugenio Boer, of Ristorante Bu:r in Milan, Stefano Baiocco, two Michelin stars at Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano and Wicky Priyan of the restaurant Wicky’s Innovative Japanese Cuisine in Milan – will gather around him to create a special dinner, conceived as a collective embrace.
The Teatro Sociale is one of the most beautiful and history-rich cultural buildings in the city of Alba.
It is known and unique throughout Europe for its “double” structure, consisting of a historic nineteenth-century “horseshoe” hall, a modern hall with stalls and gallery, and a stage positioned right in the middle.
