Sanfrè Rice Fair
3 days with dinners dedicated to the renowned "Riso di Sanfrè", prepared in different recipes and pairings
For decades, the Pro Loco has been guarding the tradition of the Patronal Feast of the Corpi Santi.
Since 2015, this event has been enriched with the Sanfrè Rice Fair, created to celebrate the excellence of local rice.
The event takes place every year at the beginning of October, in perfect coincidence with the threshing period, offering an authentic gastronomic experience that enhances the deep bond between the land and the table.
Wednesday, October 7 program

Dinner in memory of Carlo Petrini

An evening dedicated to the memory of Carlo to celebrate the value of food that brings people together, conviviality, and sitting all together at the same table.
During the dinner, Fiorenzo Giolito will accompany us in the story of his cheeses.
For the occasion, a photo collection dedicated to Carlin will also be set up.

Appetizer
Trio of colorful arancini, prepared with Sanfrè rice.
First course
Sanfrè rice meets Bra sausage and soft Bra cheese.

Sanfrè rice meets blue cheese, Giolito selection.
Paired with each course wines from the Principiano winery.
