Sanfrè Rice Fair
The event features the renowned “Sanfrè Rice” as the protagonist, celebrated through dinners, tastings, and shows
For decades, the Pro Loco has been guarding the tradition of the Patronal Feast of the Corpi Santi.
Since 2015, this event has been enriched with the Sanfrè Rice Fair, created to celebrate the excellence of local rice.
The event takes place every year at the beginning of October, in perfect coincidence with the threshing period, offering an authentic gastronomic experience that enhances the deep bond between the land and the table.

Visits to the Sanfrè Castle
€10.00 per person, children up to 10 years old free
Free opening of the outdoor Gardens and guided tour of the stables and some internal halls of the Castle.

Educational workshops
In collaboration with the Giovanni Arpino institute, we have organized several workshops dedicated to children and teenagers: video games and nerd culture with Cava nerd, Sagra on air, storytelling workshop with Giovani in Movimento, cooking workshop with Allocco’s Kitchen, and many activities with the Sanfrè oratory, Nasi all’insù, and a ludo park.

As a novelty this year, the Pro Loco kitchen offers you a Piedmontese version of Poké.
You can compose your own rice bowl by choosing from different ingredients, all coming from the Roero territory.
Come and try our Poké, take a photo of your bowl and tag Poké Roero. We will repost all the most beautiful photos on the Pro Loco social media!
