Second day of the Fair's rich program with: village of food excellence
The Historic Center of Chieri (Piazza Cavour, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Palazzo di Città, Piazza Umberto I) hosts the 48th San Martino National Fair.
Local and national food and wine, food retail, gift items, and much more.
Following the success of previous editions, the highly anticipated San Martino Fair returns to Chieri for a weekend dedicated to traditional flavors.
Traditional games
10:00 AM → 6:00 PM, Via Palazzo di Città
An area dedicated to children with traditional games to discover the fun of the past with wooden toys, without electricity but full of magic.
Salami toss
10:00 AM → 6:00 PM, Piazza Cavour
In a fun themed stand, children and adults can enjoy throwing fluorescent rings to hit one of the much-coveted salamis.
You will need precision, a touch of luck, and a great desire to get involved: those who succeed in the feat will take home a real artisanal salami.
Village of food excellence
10:00 AM → 8:00 PM, Via Palazzo di Città and Via Vittorio Emanuele II
A journey through the flavors and scents of Piedmont: producers and agri-food companies present their excellence, featuring tastings, samples, and direct sales of the region’s finest products.
Piazza del Gusto
10:00 AM → 11:00 PM, Piazza Cavour
Stands serving the finest excellence of Piedmontese and national food and wine traditions.
Inauguration
10:30 AM → 11:00 AM, Piazza Cavour
The Filarmonica Chierese will open the inaugural moment of the 48th edition of the San Martino National Fair of Chieri.
With the participation of the Institutions, sponsors, and all visitors, the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held, officially launching the event.
The convivial gathering
11:00 AM → 12:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto I
An institutional moment in which the Mayor and Chieri authorities will meet for an embrace with the community; speeches by the event’s patrons will follow, along with a tasting of typical products.
The event is free of charge and open to the community.
Mom! Dad! Grandparents! We’re treating you to an aperitif!
12:00 PM –> 1:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto
All children present, accompanied by their families, will be guided by Ivana and Cristina from CAMST in the preparation of delicious skewers of fresh fruit and mozzarella balls.
The creations of the little chefs will then be served to parents and grandparents for a healthy, fun, and colorful aperitif.
A practical and engaging workshop, dedicated to the themes of balanced nutrition and the discovery of genuine flavors, with a tasting of products by CAMST.
Grissini lab
2:30 PM → 4:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto I
An unmissable opportunity to discover the secrets of one of the most authentic symbols of Chieri tradition.
Guided by Gigi Berruti, a teacher at CIOFS-FP in Chieri, participants will literally put their hands in the dough, learning to make the celebrated Chieri grissini, from the stages of working the dough to the characteristic stretching that makes them unique.
A practical and engaging workshop, designed for adults and cooking enthusiasts, where tradition, craftsmanship, and taste meet to pass down an excellence that has represented the Chieri territory for centuries.

Agricultural fair
3:00 PM → 6:00 PM, Scotti parking area and via Campo Archero
Exhibition of agricultural machinery, equipment, and products for livestock feed by ProChieri.
An event dedicated to the world of agriculture and livestock farming, with exhibitions of innovative machinery, technological equipment, and products for animal feed.
An opportunity for meeting and exchange for industry professionals, enthusiasts, and families interested in discovering the excellence of the territory and the latest developments in the agricultural sector.
General Vincent Marching Band
3:00 PM → 3:45 PM, Itinerant through the streets of the center
The General Vincent Marching Band brings to the streets all the energy and engagement of the great international marching bands.
With a repertoire that ranges from the great classics to contemporary hits, the musicians offer an itinerant show full of rhythm, choreography, and audience engagement.
An overwhelming performance, capable of transforming every corner of the event into a true open-air celebration.
Piedmont at the table with Daniele Persegani
4:00 PM → 5:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto I
The chef and television personality Daniele Persegani brings to the stage the flavors of Piedmontese tradition with a showcooking dedicated to local products, reinterpreted with creativity and passion.
General Vincent Marching Band
4:15 PM → 4:45 PM, Itinerant through the streets of the center
The General Vincent Marching Band returns with a new event celebrating music, energy, and itinerant performance.
The engaging sounds of brass and percussion, combined with dynamic choreography and great stage presence, will accompany the audience in an overwhelming experience, transforming the streets of the center into an open-air stage.
San Martino menus road show
6:00 PM → 7:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto I
The Chieri restaurateurs featured in the San Martino Menu will present their specialties created specifically for the Fair and made with products from the Chieri-Carmagnola Food District.
An opportunity to rediscover the flavors, ingredients, and traditions of the territory through dishes that tell the story of local gastronomic identity and the enhancement of zero-kilometer excellence.
Martini cocktail experience
7:00 PM → 8:00 PM, Pala San Martino, Piazza Umberto
A tasting journey promoted by Martini, a historic Chieri institution and partner of the San Martino Fair.
Guided by the Martini Ambassadors, participants will be accompanied on a journey through the history, tradition, and culture of mixology, with the tasting of some of the most iconic cocktails by Martini.
The Fair
The San Martino Fair in Chieri is a historic event held in the historic center of the city near Turin; in 2025, it took place from November 7 to 11 with the new format by SGP.
The event is also confirmed for the 2026 edition, a weekend dedicated to traditional tastes and flavors featuring entertainment shows, workshops, tastings, showcooking, renowned guests from the national food and wine scene, and much more.
The 2026 edition will take place from November 6 to 8, alongside the Agricultural Fair, which will instead end on November 10.
