Among ancient communication routes, enchanted woods, colorful vineyards and 360° panoramas in the heart of the Langhe.
A fascinating loop walk that starts from the outskirts of Alba and ventures into one of the most evocative and history-rich landscapes of the Alba area.
Our walk begins along a historic communication route used since the past to connect the villages and countryside of the area, giving us, right from the start, a strong connection with local tradition.
Leaving the city behind, we will immerse ourselves in lush nature, crossing a wide and evocative oak wood, an oasis of peace that preserves the hill’s most authentic and untouched soul.
From here, the route continues along the gentle Langa hills, amid the foliage of the vineyards and glimpses of rare beauty, leading us to the majestic Grinzane Cavour Castle, a historic and cultural symbol of these lands.
Once at the castle, we will take a break for a packed lunch in the surrounding open spaces, taking the opportunity to relax and admire a spectacular 360° panorama stretching as far as the eye can see over the UNESCO heritage hills and the Alpine range.
At the end of the stop, completing the loop, we will head back towards the starting point, continuing to enjoy the harmony and sweetness of this unique landscape.
