A festival of herbs and spices.
Albaromatica returns for its 19th edition, a festival entirely dedicated to discovering aromatic herbs and spices in their many diverse uses.
Once again this year, the market that colors the city of Alba will be held in Piazza Risorgimento on the first Sunday of the International Alba White Truffle Fair.
The square will be pervaded by the aromas of herbs, spices, flavored liqueurs, herbal teas, aromatic beers, and so much more.
In addition, educational workshops dedicated to the world of herbs and spices will be organized.
Risorgimento Square
Numerous exhibitors will gather in Piazza Risorgimento (Piazza del Duomo) to intoxicate you with scents and flavors, bringing Italian excellence related to herbs and spices: Barolo Chinato, bitters, distillates, teas and herbal infusions, flavored beer, candies, chocolates, oils, ointments, creams, and perfumes…
The Albaromatica event will take place as follows:
Piazza Risorgimento: from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, exhibition of stalls featuring herbs, spices, and related products.
Portico of the Church of San Giovanni in Piazza Pertinace: from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, workshops, conferences, and presentations related to the world of herbs.
