Summer evenings: cured meats from La Pineta

Evening dedicated to aperitif with tasting of La Pineta's cured meats and the option of dinner with an à la carte menu

Under the name “Demarie Incontra” comes a series of evenings dedicated to meeting producers and suppliers who represent the excellence of our territory.

All evenings will be united by the desire to showcase Piedmontese excellence and the producers who preserve their traditions, quality, and authenticity.

While maintaining this common thread, each event will have a dedicated format, designed to offer different experiences and highlight the products featured in the evening.

Accompanying each gastronomic experience will be wines from our production, selected to best enhance the flavors and excellence featured in each evening.

La Pineta’s Cured Meats

The Welcome Aperitif includes:

  • A delicious “Salumiere’s Platter” from the “La Pineta” Farm in Neive
  • Two glasses of Demarie wines
  • This will be followed by an à la carte menu, including a dish proposed by the guest producer and a vegetarian dish proposed by La Cucina di Pina
  • Demarie wines will accompany you throughout the evening, ready to enhance every gastronomic pairing
