During the show, the audience doesn’t just watch: they participate in a real live quiz and help decide the evening’s setlist, through questions, games, and unpredictable moments in true Scavalcamontagne style.
The result is a show that is different every time, with songs spanning genres and eras: from opera to Neapolitan songs, from musicals to classic rock, in a light, musical, and fun journey.
Admission is free, with a hat collection at the end. The show takes place even in case of bad weather, indoors.
Scavalcamontagne is a company of artists who take theater out of its usual spaces, walking from village to village with backpacks.
Since 2020, they have been touring entirely on foot: in the morning they walk along nature trails, in the afternoon they meet the villages that host them, and in the evening they transform squares, courtyards, and evocative locations into open-air stages.
