Ferragosto in Priocca
The most explosive evening of the Festival, with aperisagra, fire-cooked pigs, live show by eXplosion, and after party with Mauro Vay
On Saturday, August 15, the Veal Rib Festival enters the heart of Ferragosto with one of the richest and most spectacular evenings of the program.
It begins as early as 5:00 PM with the Ferragosto Aperisagra, featuring music, DJ sets, and a festive atmosphere. An event designed for those who want to arrive early, have a drink, enjoy the company, and start the evening without rushing.
At 7:30 PM the food stands open with the complete Festival menu and a highly anticipated specialty: 100 kg pigs cooked over fire for 24 hours, one of the most spectacular and characteristic moments of the celebration.
Explosion and Mauro Vay DJ Set
Taking the stage are eXplosion, an Italian showband that presents a true Energy Disco Show: dance hits from the ’80s to today, costume changes, choreography, vocal impact, and a rhythm designed to keep the audience dancing and singing without pause.
After the live performance, the celebration continues with the after party and DJ set by Mauro Vay, a Piedmontese DJ and instructor who has been active for years, also offering courses for aspiring DJs. The evening also features music and dance moments with the Mauro Vay DJ School.
