Here, as stated in the Catalog of Traditional Agri-food Products, the production of the famous “Hazelnut Cake” is said to have been born and certainly established, made known in Italy and abroad by local master pastry chefs.
You can visit Cortemilia is culture: a showcase of contemporary art and cultural encounters that transform the village into a true open-air museum.
The exhibitions and events are all free, the themed appointments cover all kinds of topics and are enriched by meetings with experts and authors of current books.
A moment not to be missed, a unique opportunity to visit the village and observe it in a different light.
