Fagiolino has decided to learn a trade, he wants to become a cheesemaker and craft with his own hands a beautiful wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
It would seem like a simple task, in fact only three things are needed: milk, salt and rennet, but the cheesemaker warns him that simple things can often be the most difficult to do and the path to quality is filled with numerous obstacles.
Will our puppet succeed in his endeavor?
