The cooking show is a show where a great Chef cooks live, describes the ingredients and illustrates all the steps up to the making of the recipe.

Fabio grew up in Mazzarrone, Sicily, and trained at the ModicaHotel Institute andALMA.
He began his career working at Ciccio Sultano’s DUOMO and then at Antica Corona Reale in Cervere, under Gian Piero Vivalda.
He discovered a new culinary dimension and, after an experience at The Ashbee Hotel in Taormina, moved to Vernante, where he worked with the Macario family at Nazionale.
His cuisine, which blends tradition and innovation, is well received, elevating the restaurant into the gastronomic scene of the Cuneo valleys. Today, Fabio, together with Roberta, is opening Bottega Nazionale, a corner dedicated to baked goods, coffee and ice cream, further expandingNazionale’s gastronomic offerings.
The Hall is dedicated to Alba writer Beppe Fenoglio (1922 – 1963), author of such works as The Partisan Johnny, A Private Matter, and Springtime of Beauty.
In the splendid monumental complex of the Maddalena courtyard, the center of Alba’s cultural life, two large works by Gallizio face each other on the walls of the conference room dedicated to Beppe Fenoglio.
This room, set up during the Truffle Fair, hosts Cooking Shows.
