Every year Carmagnola hosts the National Pepper Fair.
It is one of the largest and most qualified Italian events in the food and wine sector and the largest dedicated to an agricultural product, each year offering gastronomic, cultural, artistic, and sporting events and creative and engaging experiences for all senses and all age groups.

On the opening day of the 77th National Pepper Fair of Carmagnola, an institutional discussion dedicated to food and wine tourism, agri-food supply chains, and the promotion of local territories.
The meeting, scheduled before the official opening of the Fair, will be an opportunity for dialogue between institutions and local stakeholders on the role of food as a lever for identity, culture, and economic development.
At the heart of the discussion: the value of local excellence, the promotion of Made in Italy, the attractiveness of territories, and the ability of agri-food supply chains to generate storytelling, development, and new opportunities for communities.

The evening will be hosted by the well-known presenter and television personality Nicola Prudente, known as Tinto.
The 2026 edition’s special guest will be food blogger Sonia Peronaci, founder of the famous cooking portal Giallo Zafferano.

The National Pepper Fair of Carmagnola returns with a new edition full of flavors, events and tradition, accompanied by the lively Foro Festival, which enlivens the evenings with music, shows and performances.
