Food hunting with Monica

Get to know the secrets of the Langhe with gastronomic expert Monica. Visit the best cheese and wine producers, buy typical fresh products at the local markets, or go on a guided gastronomic tour in the heart of our hills. Monica’s expert knowledge, as a graduate from the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, will introduce you to the secrets of Langhe food culture.

We asked Alessandra how we could discover more about the food tradition of Langhe and she answered without hesitation, that we should visit the Saturday Alba local market. We actually did! But not alone… We chose to get the experienced Monica to tell us more about food and to advise us on what to buy. We came to the villa then to cook together with Monica a Piedmontese lunch, from starter to dessert, and I am very enthusiastic I will take home with me the recipes she taught us, to try to repeat this wonderful experience at home.
